The Village at Queensridge

This book is a component of a marketing package for the leasing purposes of an exclusive residential and retail village adjacent to the affluent Summerlin community of Las Vegas, that evokes a marriage of classic, timeless design with contemporary appeal. To this end, Waking State Design authored the text in collaboration with the client, and created a visual language that incorporates graphic elements from actual architectural details in stone and tile work from the development, into compelling marketing collateral suitable for targeting the highest-end retailers — Gucci, Hermes, Louis Viutton and Fred Segal.

The package in it’s entirety consists of a foil stamped outer envelope, an embossed lambskin book jacket, softcover book, marketing data sheets, business cards, and printed note cards.
